Aerotrike-Cobra chassis only or assembled RTF trike - final sale.
This aircraft was restored/modified to like new condition recently. Most tubes
and hardware, front fairing and dashboard are new. All metal parts are stripped and powdercoated, fiberglass parts painted. Then the trike was assembled
and tested in flight with Rotax 503 solo and with passengers.
Cobra trike was designed and optimized for long cross-country adventures. Very solid structure, full oil-gas shock suspension, wide tires.
Every part is closed by its own fairing to minimize aerodynamic drag and have better cruise/maximal speed. Fiberglass seats for additional comfort of
both pilots. Front brake.
Foot and hand throttle control. Headlight. Big capacity fuel tank with fuel level sender. Full set of navigation and engine instruments:
Airspeed, Altimeter, VSI, Digital Engine Monitor (2xEGT 2xCHT RPM), Voltmeter, Fuel level. Electric trim control switch. New sealed battery.

Video clip - Cobra flight test with Aeros Stranger2 wing. First-solo, then with a passenger. The video quality is not the best but you can see the aircraft has good
performances, stabe and easy to fly.
One gentleman inspected the trike and decided to buy it. The trike was modified following his
order. New hangblock and brand new Apogee-16 wing with electrotrim was installed as well as MicroAvionics comm. system
and Rexon RHP-530 aviation band radio.
The trike was tested in flight with new wing June 2019 but the customer informed he decided to cancel the order.
So the trike was for sale again with lower price.
The engine with engine monitor was removed at the beginning of 2021 for another trike. The complete Cobra chassis with options is for sale
with Rotax 2-stroke motormount and muffler support, battery, voltmeter, wires, ignition lock, headlight,
gas level gauge.

This trike chassis can be assembled with 100HP 4-cylinder 4-stroke Suzuki G13BB engine with Multi Point Fuel Injection, Computer control and SPG-3 gearbox. 100 HP and less than 2 GPH cruise consumption. Its "excessive" power is very useful for STOL performances, long
fast cruising with full loading. Another point is safety! Regardless it is proven as a very reliable trike engine, it is good to know you have enough power to fly and even climb
